The Vistas is a Village in Summerlin Las Vegas. The Vistas encompasses over 815 acres of both single-family and multifamily neighborhoods. It is actually the first village developed in the western region of Summerlin.
The Vistas Community
The Vistas is home to The Vistas community park which features 24.3 acres of lighted football and baseball fields, tennis and basketball courts that are lighted as well as group picnic and children’s play areas.
Each park features a 48-foot clock tower, landmarks of Summerlin. In The Vistas, You’ll find Linda Givens elementary school, a public school as well as Vista Commons. Vista Commons is a 13 acre 100,000+ square foot shopping center.
The Vistas was developed in 2000 and is one of the villages with the highest resale movement in Summerlin.
The Vistas has amazing views of the Spring Mountains and the Valley. And, as with all Villages in Summerlin, there are large community parks and an extensive trail system.
All homes in The Vistas are resale, but some of the later developments have a greater architectural variety of European influenced homes as well as varied colors.
Ashton Park is a neighborhood of 118 homes in The Vistas Village at Summerlin in 89138. Built in the early 2000s, The Vistas offers 3 and 4 bedroom homes ranging in size from around 1600 square feet to 2500 square feet.
Barrington is a higher-end community inside The Vistas Village in Summerlin with a Mediterranean feel. This gated community is in the area of Alta / Far Hills and the 215 freeway.
These properties were built by Toll Brothers in 2003 and 2004 and feature approximately 3200 square feet to over 4000 square feet in both single-story and two-story models.
They have 3-5 bedrooms and two to three-car garages. Many of the houses here feature in-ground swimming pools.
Canterra is a community on the NorthWest side of The Vistas in Summerlin. It consists of 1-2 story homes. The average home is about 2,100 square feet and was built around the year 2004.
This single story and two story community is close to Palo Verde High School and Linda Givens Elementary school.
Cara Vella is an all single story subdivision in The Vistas. Homes in Cara Vella range from 2800 square feet to 2300 square feet.
This neighborhood was built by Kimball Homes in the mid 2000s ranging from 1800 squaree feet to 2500 square feet. It’s a gated community.
William Lyons Homes built the Encanto Community in the early 2000s. It offers homes from around 2000 square feet to as large as 3000 square feet.
Woodside homes built the Estancia community in 2003. Homes here are larger starting at nearly 2800 square feet and up to around 3400 square feet.
Pulte Homes is the Las Vegas home builder that developed this neighborhood in 2004. It’s a single-story community featuring homes ranging in size from 1,224 square feet to 1,635 square feet.
