Country Gardens is a neighborhood inside The Gardens Village in Summerlin, Las Vegas. It was built by Pulte Homes in 2001. There are 65 single-story properties in this community.
The Gardens Village
The Gardens is a 410-acre village inside the Northwest Master Planned community known as Summerlin. It began in 2000 and is one of the few villages that is all residential.
The Gardens is on the Southwest side of the Summerlin community near Desert Inn and Town Center.
