Arbors Paseo Park

Located in the heart of Summerlin, Arbors Paseo Park is a popular feature of The Arbors Village. It features pleasant walkways, shaded nooks that are perfect for picnicking, and grassy areas where kids can play.
The park connects The Arbors Tennis and Play Park to the Tree Top Park. With its 7.6 acres, the expanse is perfect for walkers, joggers, and cyclists.
The Arbors Sports Park
1400 N. Rampart Blvd.
The Arbors Sports Park is situated on 16.1 acres and is located in The Arbors Village. A hub for activity and sports enthusiasts, the park features an Olympic-size swimming pool along with clean and well-maintained locker facilities.
Included on the spacious grounds is a children’s play area, soccer field, and two lighted softball fields.
Picnic pavilions provide a welcome space for groups and special events. Like other Summerlin parks, the Arbors Sports Park is clean and expertly maintained.

The Arbors Tennis and Play Park

The Arbors Tennis and Play Park is a fixture of The Arbors Village. The park is situated on seven acres and features five lighted tennis courts, including a stadium court with a well-stocked pro shop. The tennis courts host Summerlin’s adult and youth tennis programs.
This park also features a lighted basketball court, a spacious play area, and picnic pavilion. The park also includes Arborville–a child-friendly play area with a toddler tricycle track.
Cottonwood Canyon Park
915 Canyon Bluff Circle, 89144
Cottonwood Canyon Park is a linear-style park that runs through both The Arbors and The Canyons Villages. In fact, it extends the length of the Canyons Village and remains a popular feature of the community.
The park is best known for its trails that are used for running, walking, and roller-blading. Visitors to the park will find open grassy areas that are ideal for playing catch, throwing a frisbee, or catching some rays.
There are also seating areas, spacious picnic ramadas, natural landscape areas, and play areas designed for children. The park encompasses 69.4 acres, making it an expansive area designed for a diverse range of activities.
The Crossing Park
1111 Crestdale Lane, 89144
Located in The Crossing Village, The Crossing Park is situated on 10.1 acres. It features two full-size lighted soccer fields as well as a junior soccer league.
The park constitutes the home fields for The Summerlin Youth Soccer League, which means it’s frequently bustling with activity on game days. In addition, the park is also home to a children’s play area and convenient picnic ramadas.
A sidewalk surrounds the park which is popular with walkers. Views of the nearby mountains add to the park’s pleasant natural aesthetic.
Wilbur and Theresa Faiss Community Park
7025 S. Fort Apache Rd.
The Wilbur and Theresa Faiss Community Park is situated on 8.1 acres in The Cliffs Village. Visitors can easily locate the park between Wet ‘n’ Wild and Faiss Middle School.
One of Summerlin’s most popular parks, it features an indoor aquatic center and junior Olympic swimming pool and lap pool that were designed by the Howard Hughes Corporation.
The center has been open for public use since 2016. The park also features two spacious playground structures for kids and a grassy area where outdoor games are frequently enjoyed.
The playgrounds feature various slides and bridges that are enjoyable for school-age children.
Fox Hill Park

Located on 11.27 picturesque acres, Fox Hill Park is another of Summerlin’s most popular recreational park areas. It is located in The Paseos Village and offers adventure and climbing features for kids of all ages.
Visitors enjoy its exciting zip lines, 30-ft climbing tower, and fun embankment slides. There are also four covered picnic ramadas and an 18-hold disc golf course.
It even includes rolling hills that are great for walking and aesthetically pleasing landscaping. Surfacing around the climbing areas is rubberized to reduce the risk of injury.

The Gardens Park

The Gardens Park is located on 18.4 acres in The Gardens Village. In past years, it has been voted Best of Summerlin Best Parks.
The park is a hub for multiple sports activities and features two lighted basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts. There’s also a sand volleyball court, lighted bocce court, horseshoe, and shuffleboard courts.
There’s a large open festival lawn area where people come to enjoy concerts or other special events. One of the park’s highlights is it’s 6,500-sq. Ft. community center, which offers classes and various programs for the community.
Area residents enjoy the park’s community garden areas and picnic pavilions.
The Hills Park

The Hills Park, located in The Hills Village in Summerlin, is situated on 7.7 acres. Dating to 1990, the park is Summerlin’s first community park and is revered for its quiet ambiance, street parking, and lush green spaces.
It features an open lawn amphitheater that hosts a diverse array of performances.
There are also two lighted tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, and a half-court basketball court.
Visitors will also find a children’s play area and picnic pavilions along with plenty of seating beneath the cool shade of trees.

The Mesa Park

The Mesa Park is a 17.5-acre park located in The Mesa Village. It’s a multi-activity park that features two lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, and three little league baseball fields.
There’s also a concession building on site that’s open for games or during other special events held in the park.
Visitors will find plenty of wide-open green space, seating, and covered picnic ramadas. The tot lot play area features multiple slides and other fun playground equipment.
North Tower Park

The North Tower Park is located on the northern edge of The Vistas Village. It’s nearly seven acres in size and features two children’s play areas as well as open play areas filled with lush green grass. The open spaces are popular with residents who come to picnic or play with their dogs.
The play areas include multiple slides and climbing equipment for kids. Visitors will also find BBQ areas and picnic pavilions. The clock is easy to spot with its landmark 48-ft clock tower.
Oak Leaf Park
6303 Mesa Park Drive
New to Summerlin as of 2018, Oak Leaf Park is located on roughly five acres in The Cliffs Village. It features picturesque walking trails and open green spaces. Visitors will also find four pickleball courts, a climbing tower, and two tree-lined playgrounds with special tot-turf.
The picnic pavilions are equally well shaded and there are BBQ spaces around the park’s perimeter. There’s also a demonstration garden on-site and well-maintained restroom facilities.
Oxford Park
700 Anasazi Drive, 89134
Oxford Park is situated on slightly more than seven acres in The Crossing Village. Lush with plenty of green spaces, the park is popular with residents of all ages–and their dogs!
The park features a 90′ stadium-style lighted baseball field and plenty of picnic tables. There is a children’s play area and walking paths. The park is expertly maintained and revered for its quiet ambiance. Plenty of on-site parking is also featured.
The Paseos Park

Paseos Park is situated on 12.5 acres in The Paseos Village. Easily one of Summerlin’s most popular community parks, The Paseos Park features an interactive water play area as well as a sand volleyball court and lighted junior soccer and tee-ball fields.
Families with young kids love the park for its fun play equipment and motorized toy area. The park also features plenty of open green space for outdoor games, picnics, and more. Residents can also expect more exciting features with the park’s expansion.
The Pueblo Park

The Pueblo Park is an expansive 60-plus acre park located in The Pueblo Village. It features an eight-ft-wide multi-use path that’s popular with joggers, stroller walkers, bike riders, and rollerbladers.
There’s also a four-ft jogging path and plenty of green, natural areas where residents can relax, play with their dogs, or play outdoor games like frisbee and catch.
The park includes a basketball court, an exercise station, and two children’s play areas. The park’s desert interpretive garden is one of its aesthetic highlights.
Ridgebrook Park
3600 Ridge Hollow Drive, 89135
Situated on more than six acres, Ridgebrook Park is located in Ridgebrook Village. It features both lighted tennis and basketball courts. One of the park’s highlights is its interactive water play area that promises splashtastic fun on hot days. Plus, the splash pad is enclosed, which is ideal for young children coming to cool off.
Visitors to the park will also find a picnic pavilion and children’s play equipment with a sand area. There are lots of trees to provide cool shade and some green open spaces for relaxing or playing catch. Restroom facilities are also located on-site.
South Tower Park

Located in The Vistas Village, South Tower Park is situated on seven acres. The park is easily identifiable by its 48-ft clock tower. Visitors flock to this park for its interactive water feature and lush, green open play areas. The park includes two children’s play areas and picnic and BBQ areas.
A favorite with kids of all ages, South Tower Park also features plenty of shade for adults who just want to relax or hang out with their dogs. Clean bathroom facilities and drinking water are also found at this park.
Sagemont Park

New to Summerlin, Sagemont Park is situated on nine acres and features a great view of Red Rock Casino. The park is located in Summerlin Centre and features picturesque walking trails with plenty of shade and various playing courts/fields for soccer, basketball, volleyball, and bocce.
The park includes a covered play area for kids–perfect for warding off sun rays–and a picnic area with BBQ spots. Visitors will also find restroom facilities on site.
Spotted Leaf Park
2955 Spotted Leaf Lane, 89135
Spotted Leaf Park is located in The Willows Village and is situated on slightly more than 10 acres. The park features two lighted tennis courts, two lighted soccer fields, and a lighted basketball court.
There is also a children’s play area. The equipment is especially ideal for toddlers and young school-age children. There is balancing equipment and slides. There’s a picnic area as well and plenty of shade to relax in.
Stonebridge Park
Stonebridge Park is still in its planning stage but will be located in the village of Stonebridge and is expected to encompass roughly 12 acres. Planners expect to feature two lighted soccer fields, one full basketball court flanked by half courts, and four pickleball courts.
The park will feature an adult exercise area with a diverse range of equipment and a shaded playground. Picnic pavilions will also be included.
Summerlin Centre Community Park

Situated on 20 beautifully maintained acres, Summerlin Centre Community Park features two full-size soccer fields as well as a practice soccer field. The park boasts multiple picturesque trails that are popular with joggers, dog walkers, and rollerbladers.
There is also a picnic area and a children’s play area. Additionally, the park hosts the Summerlin Arts Festival and is also the site for periodic special events. Be sure to enjoy the park’s majestic views of Red Rock Canyon and nearby mountains.
The Trails Park

The Trails Park is a popular Summerlin Park that is located in The Trails Village.
The park is situated on more than 14 acres and boasts a swimming pool and bathhouse, wading pool, and interactive water play area (splash pad) that’s popular with residents of all ages.
The park features a children’s play area with kid-friendly equipment like tube slides. The park’s grounds feature two lighted softball fields, a lighted baseball field, and a basketball court.
There’s a 6,000 square-foot community center at the park that hosts a diverse range of programs for kids and adults.

The Trails Paseo Park
Located in The Trails Village, the Trails Paseo Park is located on nearly 15 acres of beautifully maintained land.

This linear-style park includes trails, shaded seating, and three children’s play areas.
Tree Top Park

Tree Top Park is situated on slightly more than five acres and is located in The Arbors Village. The park features two tee-ball fields and a children’s play area.
There are covered picnic pavilions and accompanying BBQ grills. The park is located near an elementary school so it’s especially popular with kids.
Village Green Park

Tucked within Summerlin Centre, the Village Green Park is situated on nearly five acres. Its Visitors will also find picnic tables and enchanting views of the surrounding mountains. Dogs are welcome at the park as long as they’re leashed.
The Vistas Community Park

Located in The Vistas Village, The Vistas Community Park is situated on expertly maintained 24-plus acres. The park features a 6,500-sq. Ft. community center and swimming pool. The park boasts Summerlin’s first lighted football field and lighted softball fields.
A concession building is located near the fields and opens during games or special events held at the park. In addition, park residents enjoy their lighted tennis and basketball courts.
Other popular park features include its green open spaces, children’s play area, and group picnic pavilion–especially popular with team picnics and family reunions. The park’s community center features programs designed for both kids and adults.
The Willows Park
2775 Desert Marigold Lane, 89135
A popular Summerlin park, The Willows Park is located in The Willows Village and is situated on more than 12 acres. The park features a 6,500 sq. ft. community center that features a wide array of activities and programs for kids and adults. Another park highlight is its residents-only swimming pool that boasts a ‘beach’ entrance, water slides, and fountain.
Other park highlights include its lighted little league baseball field, lighted basketball court, jogging/walking trail, and lovely green spaces. There’s also a children’s play area and plenty of seating for accompanying adults. When visiting, be sure to check out the park’s exquisitely wrought storybook sculptures that pay homage to Aesop’s Fables.
Willows Paseo Park
Located in the Willows Village, Willows Paseo Park features 4.6 public acres and 6.2 private acres. The public area features storybook sculptures representing Aesop’s Fables and picturesque trails.
The private area of the park features two lighted tennis courts, a single half basketball court, and a children’s play area. There are also trails incorporated into this area of the park.
Reverance Park
Reverence Park opened in Reverence Village in 2020. It is an eight-acre village park in Summerlin that includes a grassy amphitheater, shade structure, volleyball court, playground, double lighted tennis courts, basketball court, and an open lawn area.
